Payment, Deposit and Withdrawal Information
All transactions on the puma777 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We accept payments via local bank transfers, Boost eWallet, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and other local digital payment methods.
Each deposit is subject to a minimum limit based on the selected payment method. Deposits will be credited to your account after the transaction is successfully verified.
Withdrawals can only be made to bank or eWallet accounts registered under the same name as the account holder. puma777 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
All withdrawal requests are subject to verification procedures which may include identity confirmation. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method. Accounts without full KYC verification may face lower withdrawal limits.
Any bonuses, free credits, or promotions offered by puma777 are subject to separate wagering requirements. Bonuses cannot be converted to cash directly without meeting these conditions. The maximum liability of puma777 to any user under any circumstances is limited to the total active deposits in that user’s account.

Once an account is closed, all eligible withdrawal balances will be processed according to standard procedures. Transaction history will be retained as required by applicable Malaysian law.
